Experience The Adrenaline Of Bungee Jumping

Last Updated on May 22, 2016

I have the coolest Mother-In-Law. EVER.

Don’t believe me?

Have you been bungee jumping with your Mother-In-Law?

I have.

Whistler, British Columbia is one of the finest year-round resorts we have laid eyes on and attracts people from all around the world to visit. Once you make a visit, it is hard not to fall in love with it. It is situated 120km north of Vancouver, BC in the Coast Mountains of Western British Columbia. The resort town of Whistler (Village) is located between the two peaks of Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain.

Whistler Bungee is located just a short 15 minutes from Whistler Village and is British Columbia’s highest year-round bungee jumping venue. Experience the exhilaration of leaping 160 feet from the edge of a bridge. I know you want to. No excuses; Whistler Bungee is open year-round!

Just don’t look down.

In all seriousness, bungee jumping is a real adrenaline rush. While standing at the edge as the count down begins, it is scary. Some people stand at the ledge, trying to jump for a couple counts, while others can stand there for an even longer period of time. The adrenaline as your feet leave the ledge and you free-fall is intense; it is such a cool feeling that is really incomparable.

In Whistler, there really is no better way to enjoy a scenic bridge over the bubbling, glacier fed Cheakamus River with picturesque scenery than to jump off with your eyes wide open and enjoy the beautiful wilderness and rugged basalt column cliffs on your way back up. The steep cliffs, forest, and river rapids frame the bungee adventure perfectly:
