Canada’s Highest Suspension Bridges
Do you have what it takes to face your fears and cross Canada’s tallest suspension bridge? The Golden Suspension Bridge is not for the faint of heart, but those who are brave enough will be rewarded with incredible views. There are actually two bridges, and each is considered to be one of Canada’s highest suspension bridges.
Actually, the Golden Skybridge bridge is the longest in Canada and also holds the title of having the country’s second-highest suspended bridge in the same location.
The Golden Skybridge provides breathtaking vistas of the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges that you’ve never seen before.
As we walk across the swaying upper bridge, a roaring river and a 200-foot waterfall thunder below. You must resist the urge to jump up and down out of excitement. Jumping is against the rules of crossing the bridge, but you also won’t want to disturb and freak out all those holding onto the handrails for dear life. It takes some people a lot of courage and attempts to cross the massive suspension bridge!
