The rooms at Hotel Zed offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. They offer several different sizes of rooms, from small single beds to family suites with two bedrooms and a kitchenette.
We stayed in a family “sweet suite”. The beds were comfortable and we loved the separate bedroom for a little privacy. With two queen size beds and a pull-out couch, the room comfortably slept our large family of six. While we enjoyed a few meals out during our Victoria adventure, the kitchenette was helpful to cut down on unnecessary restaurant bills.

Make sure you plan for some time well-spent in the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Don’t forget a ride on the Zedinator, the three-story high, twisty, bubblegum-pink waterslide!
It was so nice to step into the pool and feel that it was heated and comfortable instead of ice cold.
Having a pool at the hotel is always nice to have; it is the perfect way to start the day, have an afternoon refresh, or get out the rest of the kids’ energy before bed. It’s a win-win!

Enjoy The Adventure Of Free Longboard And Bike Rentals
Our children had been begging us to teach them how to skateboard, so when we saw this incredible offer from Hotel Zed, it was an offer too good to ignore. We found a corner of the parking lot that wasn’t in use and they took off on their first rides – which will surely be only the beginning.
For the more experienced adventurers, take your exploration up a notch with an unforgettable journey along Victoria’s stunning Galloping Goose trail. Sign the waiver in the lobby and the staff will provide you with a longboard rental so you glide through this picturesque destination.

Hatley Castle – Hatley Castle is a Canadian National Historic Site and one of the most recognizable landmarks in Victoria, British Columbia. Built by Sir Robert Dunsmuir between 1908–1912 as a family residence, it was sold to the Royal Canadian Navy in 1940 and served as an Officer’s Training Centre for the duration of World War II. After the war, Hatley Castle was returned to its original owners, who turned it into a hotel for many years before selling it to Royal Roads University in 1995. Today, the castle is used by the university as an administrative building, and the surrounding area is open to the public. Visitors can explore the castle grounds, including the beautiful formal gardens and natural trails that wind through the property.
