  2. Are there any health restrictions for parasailing?  Some medical conditions may prevent individuals from participating in parasailing, such as heart problems or back injuries. It is always best to consult with your doctor before attempting the activity.
  3. What should I bring with me on the boat? All you really need to bring is yourself, in comfortable clothing, and a camera to capture the memories.
  4. How long does a parasailing session last?  Typically, a parasailing flight lasts around 10 minutes.
  5. How high do you go when parasailing?  Parasailing altitudes can vary up to 500 feet. Make sure to communicate with your guide beforehand if you have any concerns about altitude.
  6. Is parasailing safe?  While there are always risks associated with any adventure activity, parasailing is generally considered safe when proper precautions and safety measures are followed by the company and the participant.   7. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my scheduled parasailing trip?  The Cultus Lake Marina closely monitors weather conditions and may reschedule or cancel trips if necessary for safety reasons.
  8. Can I go parasailing if I can’t swim?  Yes, you do not need to know how to swim in order to participate in parasailing as you will be safely strapped in and lifted by the boat. However, it is important to inform your guide beforehand so they can provide any necessary accommodations or reassurances.
  9.  Make sure that you arrive 30 minutes before your charter begins.
  10. What Should I Wear For Parasailing? Dress comfortably in clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. Avoid loose jewelry or accessories that could potentially get caught on equipment.
