Photo Essay: 20 Incredible Landscape Photos Driving The Canadian Rockies

Last Updated on September 12, 2016

We’ve been home for a week now, but our eyes are still glowing as we describe the amazing landscapes the Canadian Rockies have to offer. It felt incredible driving through the Rockies, and without having to trek too far off the path, everything was right before you. The Canadian Rockies are so easily accessible that you don’t have to drive for hours on end to reach each stopping point along the way. The drives really don’t seem long at all anyways, because with these views around every bend, you’ll keep asking yourself, “We are here already“?

Driving through the mountains is a nice change of pace and exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of Vancouver life. It really was so peaceful and for the most part, until you stopped at some of the main attractions, you would have never known we were traveling over an extended Labour Day long weekend.
