The variety and striking colors of flowers around South Africa are overwhelmingly beautiful and are a must experience! Obviously not all flowers originated from South Africa, but are nice regardless of their origin to stop for a moment and admire the beauty of this earth.

We stumbled across many pretty, interesting flowers as we explored South Africa:

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA — Tecomia Capensis: Has frequent displays of long, tubular bright orange flowers at stem ends.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA — Kaffir Lily –Flowers originated from South Africa. They are a member of the iris family.
